Mat Shark Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers an exciting and nurturing environment for young martial artists over the age of 7. Our kids' program is for the 7+ aged designed to introduce the fundamental principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and age-appropriate way. Under the guidance of our GI and NOGI teams, children learn not only self-defense techniques but also essential life skills such as discipline, respect, and confidence. With a focus on building both physical and mental strength, Mat Shark Jiu-Jitsu Academy ensures that our youngest members embark on a rewarding journey of growth and self-discovery while having a blast on the mat.
