Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that originated in Brazil and has gained worldwide popularity. It is primarily focused on ground fighting and submission techniques. BJJ practitioners, often referred to as "BJJ players" or "jiu-jitsu practitioners," use a combination of leverage, joint locks, and chokeholds to control and submit their opponents. The BJJ coaching team at Mat Shark consists of Adam Jacques, Rian McKay, Conrad Marcus, Kelly Myers and Joe Francisco.
